Paradise Hotpot delivered a roomy, family-friendly Hong Kong-style all-you-can-eat hotpot with a clear DIY focus and good value if you time it right. The self-serve ingredient stations are extensive — lots of fishballs, processed items, sliced meats and fresh veg — and the sauce bar lets you build classic combos (sesame paste, soy, chilli, spring onion). I also liked the herbal-drink dispensers (sour plum, water chestnut) and the visible menu board that states an 80-minute individual hotpot format and Early Bird pricing (starting as low as S$19.90 shown). Staff were efficient with replenishment while kids happily helped themselves at the counters. Practical tip: aim for the Early Bird or lunch session for best value and go for the "Beef and Premium Set" as i think it gives the best both worlds; note the board shows a weekend/public-holiday surcharge (S$3) and a food-wastage charge (S$10 per 100g). Minor note: the sauce station gets busy and a little drippy during peak times — a quick tidy would help presentation. Photos show the condiment station, ingredient wells and the pricing/menu board. Good choice for families and value-seekers; I’d recommend it for a casual, hands-on hotpot outing. Finally, hot food is available while you wait for the main steamboat food to be cooked. Special tip for kids: Go for the famous pancake machine for fresh pancakes. This is the same machine available in hotels today.

Staffs Fu Lian and Mei Qin provided excellent service. Very attentive and elegant. Foods are very delicious too especially the beef and meat. Fresh sea prawns is indeed fresh compare to their Jurong branch. Restaurant is really clean too compare to Jurong branch with very sticky floor, which is unpleasant. So glad I tried this branch and here shall become my regular fresh meats hongkong style hotpot in the future.

The cooked food section has a nice variety of dishes, tasty and affordable. Food is warm and tasty. The pan cake machine makes soft and nice pancakes with different options for toppings.

The tomato soup based not as great. Cooked food and ingredients are great. Variety much lesser than other outlets but still enjoy it.
